ALEXANDR EDUARDOVICH CHERNOUSOV

Alexandr Chernousov was born in Kholmsk, Sakhalin Region. Graduated from Far Eastern State University (Oriental Department). Speaks Chinese and English languages.

Mr. Chernousov started his diplomatic career in 2006. He worked in the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation in Vladivostok, Russian Embassy in Beijing (2007-2013, 2014-2019), and in the First Asian Department of the Russian MFA as a section head.

Serves as the Consul General of the Russian Federation in Guangzhou since September, 2021.

Diplomatic rank: Counsel, Second Class.

Married, has a daughter and a son.
