How to attest a power of attorney
You can attest a power of attorney in our Consulate regardless of your citizenship, but it can be written only in Russian. If you do not know the Russian language you need to come with an interpreter, both of you must carry a valid passport (not a local ID-card).
Prior to the visit you need to upload your power of attorney to https://notary.kdmid.ru/. Please note that the site is available in Russian only. You can find a detailed instruction of how to use it on our VK.com page here (only in Russian and Chinese).
After you successfully download your document, you need to make an appointment here (please find an instruction on our VK.com page here).
